Sing Out and READ helps at-risk kids dramatically improve reading skills

There is an urgent, nationwide need to raise the literacy levels of struggling young readers. According to the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP), two-thirds of children around the country cannot read at grade level. These children are at risk of never being able to read proficiently.

Carlo Franzblau, the Founder of Sing Out and READ, joined Gayle Guyardo, the host of the nationally syndicated health and wellness show Bloom, to share more about Sing Out and READ’s mission to save struggling young readers from illiteracy through the power of singing.
