We now face a critical juncture. The demand for our services has grown exponentially, outpacing our current resources and limiting our ability to help at-risk struggling readers. To address this, we’ve set an ambitious goal of $1,250,000 to implement our new strategy for improving grade-level reading among our students.

Cornerstone Giving

Commit to Cornerstone Giving of $250,000 annually for 3 yrs

Collaborate on a formal partnership announcement and visibility campaign

Leverage cornerstone gifts to recruit additional partners (foundations, corporations, individuals)

Support Proof-of-Concept project with staffing and technology to demonstrate program effectiveness

Sustainability

Establish financial sustainability to provide ongoing services to at-risk struggling readers

Invest $500 per child for a 12-week program of life changing literacy services

Create a SOAR Support Center to facilitate growth and increase community engagement

Develop an expandable model to reach at-risk struggling readers in other communities
